This module is designed for physiotherapists to perform specialty assessment, triage and treatment services in CareChain for neurological and musculoskeletal conditions commonly referred to spine specialists and orthopedic surgeons.
CONDITION DIAGNOSIS AND TRIAGE
Improve diagnosis and triage decisions with clinical data.
Using patient history, physical examination and other clinical data in CareChain, the module supports physiotherapists in identifying conditions suitable to conservative management or specialist intervention and generates referrals to the appropriate care provider(s).
PATIENT TREATMENT PLANNING
Improve treatment outcomes with tailored exercise plans.
The module supports physiotherapists by generating exercise plans tailored to patients and their condition. Plans incorporate high-quality videos demonstrating prescribed exercises, positions of relief, etc. Patients can access their exercise plans online or in print format.
EXPERT TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Improve professional growth with clinical experts.
The module includes introductory training by specialists and other experts. Ongoing expert support is available to physiotherapists through CareChain’s virtual case review feature. Physiotherapists may also participate in quarterly, expert-facilitated case seminars.
