We are thrilled and honoured to announce the donation of $300,000 by The Grace Dart Foundation in support of The Neuro-CareAxis Spine Program for Seniors. Funding will enable CareAxis, in partnership with The Neuro, to enable community-based physiotherapists to provide surgical assessments and follow-ups to elderly patients via telemedicine. Funding will also go to implementing a pilot that will see program services delivered in-home to individuals who cannot visit a community clinic.
